Before connecting the machine to the power
socket, make sure that the power supply
voltage is the same as that indicated on the
machine's plate.

Only connect this machine to power supplies
that are efficiently earthed. In case of doubt do
not connect this machine up.
8. Checks before use
WARNING !
THE P-3500 IS DESIGNED TO WORK ONLY
WITH WATER.

Before starting to cut make sure that the water
level in the tank is as shown in the photo 11.

Check that the power is on before using the
machine.
9. Control panel
WARNING !
The P-3500 is fitted with a control panel that has the
following buttons:
1) START / STOP BUTTON:
it is used to start and stop the machine.
2) EXCESS CURRENT TRIP SWITCH:
this trips out in case of excess current and
disconnects the power supply to the machine.
When this switch trips the manual reset button
is pushed outwards. Should this switch trip, wait
a few minutes before resetting it by pushing the
pin in, in the centre of the button.
3) POWER ON LED (RED):
Lit:
power on.
Off: power off.
4) MACHINE RUNNING LED (GREEN):
to indicate that the machine is running.
5) LASER MARKER (OPTIONAL):
projects the cutting line for the tool.

10. Making a square cut
P-3500 versatility makes it possible to make
different types of cuts.
WARNING !
BEFORE STARTING TO CUT MAKE SURE THAT
THE MATERIAL TO BE CUT IS PROPERLY
SUPPORTED AGAINST THE STOP ON THE
WORKING SURFACE.
CUT THICKNESS UP TO 110 mm
Using the recoil lever, lower the motor head until the
cutting disc is a few millimetres below the level of the
supporting surface (photo 13).

Set up the piece to be cut on the working
surface at the required dimension (photo 14);
