• This child restraint system is not certified for use in aircraft.
• This child restraint system is designed for use by children with
special challenges.
• Failure to properly use this child restraint increases the risk of
serious injury or death in a sharp turn, sudden stop or crash. Your
child's safety depends on you installing and using this child
restraint correctly.
• Read the child restraint and vehicle manufacturer's instructions
for proper installation and use. Child restraint user guide located
in the pocket on the lower back of the unit.
• Child restraint MUST be reclined when installed rear facing and
MUST be used in upright position when forward facing.
• Use only with children who weigh between
2.3-18 kg (5-39.6 pounds)
and whose height is 104 cm (41") or less.
• Use forward facing for children whose weight is between 10.1-18
kg (22.2-39.6 pounds).
• Use rear facing for children whose weight is between 2.3-18kg
(5-39.6 pounds).
• Harness Covers MUST be used at all times.
• Snugly adjust the belts provided with this child restraint around
your child.
• Never route the vehicle belt over the child.
• For casted children, caregivers should ensure the combined
weight of children and cast never exceed weight limit. Always
refer to Securing Your Child section for proper fitment.
• Quokka may be used in combination with aftermarket
waterproofed soft liner. A soft liner MUST never interfere with the
essential function of the child restraint.
• The use of non approved child restraint covers, inserts, toys,
accessories, or tightening devices can cause this child restraint
to fail Federal safety standards or not perform as intended in a
crash.
• Secure this child restraint even when it is not occupied. In a
crash, an unsecured child restraint may injure vehicle occupants.
• Never carry this child restraint with any belts or webbing. Doing
so could cause damage to the harness adjuster and webbing.
Always carry this child restraint by the seat shell.
