MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar.
B 1 Left Panel Side Arm.
C 1 Right Panel Side Arm.
D 1 Left Chassis Side Arm.
E 1 Right Chassis Side Arm.
F 1 Neck Option
G 1 Electrical Plate
H 4 M12x35 Bolt, M12 Form A Washer, M12 Loch Washer and M12 Nut.
I 2 M12x40 Bolt, M12 Form A Washer, M12x40 Washer, M12 Loch Washer and M12 Nut.
J 4 M12x35 Bolt, M12 Form A Washer, M12 Loch Washer.
K 4 M12x35 Bolt, M12 Loch Washer and M12 Nut.
L 2 M8 Nuts, M8 Lock Washers and M8x20 Washers.
FITTING
1. To remove bumper, open boot and remove 2 torque screws from each of the rear lights and remove lights.
2. Remove 2 torque screws from top of bumper and 4 bolts from underneath (central area)
3. Drill out rivets from either side of the underneath of the bumper and remove bolts from inside wheel arch.
4. Carefully remove wheel arch trim on each side enough to remove the torque screws fixing bumper to vehicle.
5. Undo electrical housing for bumper and remove bumper.
6. Now remove the rear crash beam (this will be re-fitted after).
7. Fully fit parts D and E to chassis rail and torque up bolts. Then loosely attach B and C to A.
8. Attach parts B and C to the rear panel and place the crash beam back on over parts B and C.
9. Tighten all fixings to there required torque settings
10. Make the required cut in the bumper, re-fit bumper and replace rivets supplied.
11. Fit the desired neck option and tighten bolt to torque setting.

Recommended torque settings:
Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M12 -
95 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 –
70Nm
