The steam does not froth
the milk.
If the cause of the failure cannot be found, do not disassemble the machine on your
own, but contact the customer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

In principle, our products have a legal warranty duty of 2 years. Further claims can
only be processed in conjunction with a proof of purchase. Wearing parts exclude
any warranty claims, when usual abrasion has occurred. The durability is determined
by the respective handling and use of the products and is thus variable.

The steam indicator dis-
play is not flashing.
The container is too large
or does not fit.
Skimmed milk was used.
As soon as the steam
indicator display turns
steadily bright, the steam
can be used to froth milk.
Use a high and slim
container.
Use whole milk.
