TROUBLESHOOTING

Please follow the steps below if the machine does not function properly:
Problem
Water escapes from
the coffee machine's
bottom.
The espresso is sour
in taste.
The coffee machine
does not start.
Cause
There is too much water in
the drip tray.
There is a fault with the cof-
fee machine.
The mineral residues have not
been removed properly.
The ground coffee has been
stored in a warm, humid place
for an extended period and
has gone bad.
The power plug is not plugged
into the socket properly.
Solution
Empty the drip tray.
Contact the customer
service for repair.
Clean the coffee machine
several times as describes
in the section "Before
first use".
Use fresh ground cof-
fee and tightly close the
container after each use.
When not in use, store
it in a cool, dry place
(fridge).
Plug in the power plug
properly. If the machine
does still not start, cont-
act the customer service
for repair.
