3. Initial operation

Charging the battery
Charge the fitness tracker (A) completely before using it
for the first time. To do so, plug the USB charge lead into
a standard, active USB port and connect the lead with the
contacts on the inside of the tracker (3.1). The connection
is magnetic and snaps into place automatically when the
contacts are correctly on top of each other. Please make
sure that the tracker rests safely whilst charging and the
connection between the contacts is not broken, otherwise
the device will not charge.
The battery's charging status is shown on the display
(4.1) ( = completely charged / = battery empty).
