If fixed, push the antenna through the underside of the antenna hole
[68].

Push the outdoor station up into the mounting bracket until it touches
the top side.
!
Now pull the top end of the outdoor station outwards until the lower
end can be pushed into the mounting bracket.
!
Note that if batteries are to be used, any cables should have enough
slack that the outdoor station can be removed in order to change the
batteries.
!
To keep the distance between the outdoor station and the the upper end
of the sun shield as small as possible, lift the outdoor station inside the
sun shield a little bit and push the distance piece [80] between the
outdoor station and the lower end of the sun shield so that both holes
[67] are in the recesses of the distance piece.
!
Press the lower end of the outdoor station into the mounting bracket
and insert the two security screws [71] as far as possible into the two
holes [67], then tighten these using the screwdriver [36].
!
If the antenna cable is used, fix the bracket [80] to the inside wall and
attach the antenna cable and antenna such that the antenna points
upwards (see Fig. D).
!
If a door release is used connect the cable(s) to the door release(s)
according to the diagrams (see Fig. B and C). Refer also to the manual of
the door release.
!
If the mains adapter is to be used, connect the plug of the 12 V mains
adapter cable to the plug of the connection cable and connect the mains
adapter to a suitable power outlet.
!
Remove the protective foil.
9. Fixing and connection of the indoor station

Table top use
Fold out the stand [31] to stand on a level surface.
Wall mounting
If the indoor station is to be mounted on a vertical wall, first test the
wireless connection to the outdoor station from the desired location and

stick the supplied spacers [77] to the four fixing points on the back of
the indoor station [23], a thickness of two spacers on each point.

Fix the 2 screws [75] into the wall with a horizontal separation of 98
mm using the plugs [76] if necessary. The screw heads should protrude
9,5 mm from the wall.
!
Now hang the keyhole slots [26] over the screw heads.
!
Twist the antenna [27] upright.
!
If you wish to connect the Audio-/Video-signal to a videomonitor, TV or
recorder connect this using the AV-cable [40] to the Audio-/Video-output
[28] of the monitor. Connect the yellow cinch plug with the video input and
the white plug with the audio input. Use a suitable cinch/BNC adapter if
required for a BNC input.
Note:
When the A/V signal is diverted to an external monitor then it is no longer
available on the indoor station. The menu settings, speech [17] and door
release [18/19] functions are not available.

Connect the DC-plug of the 5 V DC mains adapter [70] to the mains
adapter connection [32] of the indoor station. To increase to distance use
the extension cable [33] between the mains adapter and indoor station.

Connect the mains adapter with a suitable mains power outlet, the power
LED [12] lights green.

Remove the protective foil from the screen.
10. Commissioning
10.1 Commissioning of the outdoor station
!
After inserting the batteries or connecting the mains adapter, the outdoor
station is operational.
If batteries are used the battery status symbol [13] is displayed on the screen of
the indoor station after the door bell button is pushed. The symbol is visible in
the full screen view of the outdoor station camera, four bars indicate full battery
power.
10.2 Commissioning of the indoor station

If required, insert a suitable, readable and unsecured Class 4 (or higher)
micro-SD card (max. 32 GB, branded card recommended) in the slot [30].
If the card is unformatted, then format the card before the first use (see
chapter 13.2 FORMAT MEMORY).

Hold the on/off button [24] on the indoor station pressed, until the power
LED [12] lights red. The indoor station is now operational, the start display
appears, the > [15] symbol and an empty screen. If the outdoor staion is
powered from the mains adapter, the wireless connection with the outdoor
station is made after pressing the door bell button [47] for the first time,
afterwards the camera picture will always be displayed. If batteries are
used, the camera picture is only available for one minute after each time
the door bell button is pressed, otherwise the screen is empty.
Note:
If the camera image of the outdoor station should not appear
automatically, the radio connection between outdoor station and indoor
station must be renewed by pairing them as follows: In the main menu of
the monitor, choose „CAMERA SETUP" [81] /"PAIRING" [91] (see chapter
13.2). Click on camera channel 1. Within 30 seconds, press the pairing
button [54] and the doorbell button[47] of the outdoor station
simultaneously for 5 - 10 seconds.

The Lithium battery starts charging automatically when the mains adapter
is connected. Let the battery charge for 8 hours before portable use of the
indoor station (without the mains adapter). The battery status symbol [6]
in the lower left side of the screen indicates the charge status of the
rechargeable battery of the indoor station. Four bars indicate full charge.
