Use for intended purpose

This hydraulic jack is a portable, manually operated device designed for the lifting and lowering of partial loads
(e.g. for raising one side of a vehicle to allow a wheel to be changed).
It is designed for manual operation only.
Not designed for continuous operation
Not suitable for use in potentially explosive environments.
Not suitable for use in corrosive environments.
Modifications may not be carried out on this jack without our express written permission.
Please observe the technical specifications and description of functions.

Safety precautions

This device must only be operated and serviced by suitable trained and qualified personnel
(Definition of qualified staff as established in IEC 364) Qualified persons are those whose education, experience, training, or knowledge of the
relevant standards and regulations, accident prevention legislation and operating conditions make them suitable to take responsibility for the
safe operation of the device – thereby recognising and avoiding any potential hazard.
The user is responsible for the safe operation of the jack.
The device is marked with its maximum lifting capacity.
The load to be raised must not exceed this maximum weight.
When raising vehicles:
The device should be located under the jacking points provided for the purpose by the vehicle
manufacturer and not under the vehicle directly.
All lifting jacks must conform to the specifications provided by the vehicle manufacturer (see
section on wheel changing in the relevant vehicle manual)
Do not stand on the jack or remain within the danger area while it is being operated.
Do not stand under a raised load unless it is additionally supported.
Never leave a raised load unattended without additional support.
Use additional supports (e.g. axle stands) if access to the underside
of the raised vehicle is required.
Do not touch any moving part of the jack.
A qualified service technician must repair all faults immediately.
It must not be subjected to lateral pressure.
The jack should be positioned in such a way that it is only ever subjected to downward
pressure.
Before using the jack, ensure that it is standing on a firm surface of adequate load-bearing
capacity.
Raise loads, vehicles, etc. on one side only.
Do not use the jack in conjunction with other lifting gear.
The jack must only be loaded with downward-bearing weights.
Chock the raised vehicle to ensure that it cannot roll away, slip, or otherwise fall off the jack.
Do not exceed the max. load capacity indicated on the name-plate or listed in the technical specifications.
