• Please put the machine on an even place, which is tilt resistant and can support
the combined weight of the machine. (Potato tower machine RCKS-3 should be
assembled to the working surface using attached screws)
Potato Tower Machine RCKS-3:
• Pull the lever backward;
• Place the potato in front of the pusher;
• Press the lever with strong move, sliced potatoes will come at the other side;
• Different shape of sliced potatoes can be achieved by using different kinds of
accessory:
Potato Tower Machine RCKS-2:
• Press the slide lock lever and pull back the slide at its maximum back position;
• Put the peeled potato on the stick;
• Insert the stick with the potato into the hole in the housing and into the hole in
the slide;
• Cut the whole potato by turning the crank;
• Spread the potato on the stick - the potato is ready for frying.

VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Accurately clean the device every day for a correct operation and longevity of the
equipment. Clean the surfaces with water and soap, alcohol, detergents without abra-
sives or substances based on chlorine or soda (chlorine water, muriatic acid).
Never use abrasives, steel wool, or similar products as they may bring damages to the
paint, the coat or on the machine body.
