Additional information for one point calibration of temperature
(Channel/Sensor 1):
CAL1 initiates the one point calibration for temperature. The actual value
of the temperature (Channel/Sensor 1) is shown in the upper half of the
display. The lower half displays the temperature offset, which can be
adjusted per ±10°C (±18°F)in steps of 0.1°C. The factory settings can be
restored by setting the temperature offset to 0.0°C.
Additional information for one point calibration of water activity (Channel/
Sensor 2):
CAL2 initiates the one point calibration for the water activity. The actual
value (Channel/Sensor 2) is shown in the lower half of the display. The

sensor offset value, which can be adjusted per +0.100 in
0.001°C steps, flashes in the upper half of the display. The factory

settings can be restored by setting the offset to 0.000.
The calibration point should be in the range 0.3...0.95a w (recommended
0.76 a w ).
