Additional information for velocity calibration (Sensor 1):
CAL1 initiates the one point calibration for the velocity. The actual value
of the velocity (Sensor 1) is shown in the top half of the display. The
lower half displays a gradient correction factor which is used to adjust the
velocity between 0.8 and 1.2 in 0.001 steps. The factory settings can be
restored by setting the gradient correction factor to 1.000.
The calibration point should be > 50% of the high limit of the sensor
measurement range. For calibration, the velocity probe should be held
against the flow towards the straight edge of the handle.
Additional information for temperature calibration (Sensor 2):
CAL2 initates the one point calibration for the temperature. The actual
value of the temperature (Sensor 2) is shown in the lower half of the
display. The upper half displays the temperature offset, which can be
adjusted per ±10°C (±18°F) in steps of 0.01°C. The factory settings can
be restored by setting the temperature offset to 0.00°C.
