5.2 JRG Sanipex MT bending tool

5.2.1 Setting-up the bending tool d16-d40
Position the hydraulic unit on the base
plate above the fixing holes, insert the
screws and tighten them with the
angular Allen key.
Plug the required bending template
onto the front side of the hydraulic
cylinder.
Connect the control cable of the ben-
ding tool with the device socket on the
hydraulic device. (Refer to chapter 3.6)
The re-packaging of the bending tool
is carried out in the reverse sequence.
Insert the rotating pin into the recep-
tacle bore with the corresponding
dimension and lightly tighten with the
angular Allen key.
Connect the hydraulic coupling with
the hydraulic nipple of the bending
tool.
