    Bedienungsanleitung MAPAX2LJRG Akkuwerkzeug Einleitung Vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres Schiebe-Werkzeuges lesen Sie sich die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch. Benutzen Sie dieses Werkzeug ausschliesslich für den bestimmungsgemässen Gebrauch unter Berücksichtigung der gültigen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften. Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist während der gesamten Lebensdauer des Werkzeuges mitzuführen. Der Betreiber muss dem Bediener die Betriebsanleitung zugänglich machen und sich vergewissern, dass der Bediener sie gelesen und verstanden hat.

    Bedienungsanleitung MAPAX2LJRG Akkuwerkzeug Eine eingebaute weiße LED beleuchtet den Arbeitsbereich nach Aktivierung des Bedienungsschalters und schaltet sich nach 10 s wieder aus. Dieses Merkmal läßt sich auch ausschalten (siehe Beschreibung Seite 5). Bei jedem Zyklus wird der erreichte Pressdruck über einen Drucksensor ermittelt und mit dem geforderten Min- destwert verglichen.

Während des Prozesses sollte das Werkzeug von jeweils nur einer Person bedient werden. Als erstes werden für die gewünschte Anwendung die geeigneten Schiebegabeln bereitgelegt. Zum Einsetzen oder Wechseln der Schiebegabeln folgen Sie bitte der Montageanleitung 353733000 (siehe Seite 6f.).

Die Verbindung ist gut, sobald ein Teil des Rohres im Sichtfenster sichtbar ist. Achtung Fittings bei denen der Schiebevorgang abgebrochen worden ist, müssen ausgebaut werden. Achtung Bei Schiebevorgängen bitte Schutzbrille tragen.

    Bedienungsanleitung MAPAX2LJRG Akkuwerkzeug Die werkseitige Wartung der Maschine besteht aus Demontage, Reinigung, Austausch evtl. verschlissener Teile, Montage und Endkontrolle. Nur ein sauberes und funktionsfähiges Schiebesystem kann eine dauerhaft dichte Ver- bindung gewährleisten. Im Rahmen des bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauchs dürfen vom Kunden nur die Schiebegabeln gewechselt werden. Achtung Werkzeugkolben und Schiebegabeln dürfen nicht eingeölt werden! Eine Reinigung mit Druckluft oder einer Bürste ist ausreichend.
