Step 4:
Installation of the right footrest (88) on the right footrest holder (89)
and the left footrest (29) on the left footrest holder (32) with the bolts
(28), the washers (33) and the nuts (34).
1. Push the right footrest (88) onto the footrest holder (89). Adjust the
holes in the parts so that they are aligned.
2. Push the screws (28) from above through the holes. Push on a washer
(33) from the opposite side, screw on a nut (34) and tighten fi rmly.
3. Install the left footrest (29) on the footrest holder (32) as described in 1.
– 2. (Note: The right and left footrests can be discerned by the edges of
the longitudinal sides of the footrests. The high edges of the footrests
(29) and (88) must point inwards (towards the main frame.))
Step 5:
Installation of the footrest holder (32+89) at the connecting tubes
(23+61) and pedal crank (73) with screws (25+38).
1. Put the right foot pedal holder (89) at the pedal crank (73) and tighten
them with screw (38R) spring washer (42) and nut (43R) fi rmly.
(Note: Right is specifi ed as viewed standing on the machine during
training. The screws (38R/38L) are marked with „R" & „L". The screw
(38R) should be threaded on clockwise. The left screw (38L) should be
threaded on counter-clockwise.)
2. Put the left foot pedal holder (32) at the pedal crank (73) and tighten
them with screw (38L) spring washer (42), and nut (43L) fi rmly.
3. Push the footrest holder (32+89) at the connecting tubes (23+61) and
adjust the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
4. Push the screws (25) through the holes and tighten the footrest holder
(32+89) at connection tube (23+61) with washers (33) and nut (34) fi rm-
ly.
Step 6:
Installation of the handgrip bars (15+60) on the connecting tubes
(23+61)
with handgrip screw (17).
1. Push the handgrip bars (15+60) onto the connecting tubes (23+61) and
adjust the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
(Note: the handgrip bars must be aligned after assembly so that the
upper ends are inclined outwards (away from the support (46)).
2. Push the handgrip screw (17) through the holes and tighten the hand-
grip bars (15+60) at connecting tubes (23+61) fi rmly.
