This device is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase. Please
keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
Our products are manufactured using the latest manufacturing tech-
niques and undergo rigorous quality control.

uct or claims. Our trained staff will be happy to help. The service hotline
is listed below. If it is necessary to make a guarantee claim (repair or
exchange), our service staff will supply you with the return address.

Correction of defects and returns
We will repair any material or manufacturing defects free of charge
during the guarantee period. Excluded from the guarantee are faults due
to damage caused by the user, or improper use due to non-authorised
third-party attempted repairs or similar. If it is necessary to repair or
exchange a product, our service centre employees will supply you with
the return address.
In the case of returns, please note the following:
• Make sure that the article is carefully packaged. If possible use the
original packaging.
• Fill in the returns form and include it with a copy of your receipt and the
product you are returning.
