15. Troubleshooting
THIS TOOL MUST ONLY BE REPAIRED BY TRAINED PERSONNEL
This electric tool complies with the relevant safety standards. Repairs are only to be carried out by
trained personnel, using original spare parts. Where this is not done, the user may be placed in
significant danger.
Problem
The power supply LED does not
come on.
The machine does not run and
the green running LED does not
come on.
Lubrication does not reach the
cutting tool.
The motor emits unpleasant
smells.
The motor does not start properly.
The laser marker does not work.
Cause
The power supply cable is not
properly connected or damaged.
There is no power at the socket.
The LED is damaged.
The amperometric trip switch has
tripped.
The motor high temperature trip
switch has tripped.
The excess current trip switch is
damaged.
The high temperature trip switch
is damaged.
The control switch is damaged.
The sprayer unit is clogged.
The circulation pump
damaged.
The lubrication hose is being
flattened.
Water has filtered into the motor.

Push the plug all the way in.
Check the power supply cable.
Have the power supply socket
