Check the surfaces for nails, screws and metal
objects. These may cause damages to the device.
NOTE: excessive pressure does not result in
greater sanding performance , instead it causes
greater wear on the tool and sanding sheet and
may damage the material.
-Always work with even motions.
- Guide the sanding plate with gentile pressure of
th areas to be processed.
- sanding coarse areas multiple times rather than
applying greater pressure to the area.
On/Off switch
1. Turning on the tool. (fig.9)
1). Hold the tool with both hands on the handles.
2). Push the on/off switch (9) forwards.
2. Turn off the tool. (Fig.10)
1). Push the On/Off switch (9) down at the rear
end.
Variable speed control
Adjust the speed by turning the speed
regulator(8). In this way. User can choose
different speed for different sanding surface.

MAINTENANCE
Keep the ventilation openings clear and clean the
product regularly.
If something unusual occurs during use, switch
off the supply and disconnect the plug. Inspect
and repair the tool before using it again. The
repairs must be carried out by a qualified
technician.
Repair of the tool must only be carried out by

a qualified repair technician.
Repair or maintenance by unqualified personnel
can lead to a risk of injury.
Use only identical spare parts for repairing
a tool. Follow the instructions in the
maintenance section of this user manual.
Caution!
If the supply cord of this power tool is damaged,
it must be replaced by a specially prepared cord
available through the service organization.
Care and cleaning
Clean the housing only with a damp cloth-do not
uses any solvents! Dry thoroughly afterwards.
Removing /mounting the sanding plate.
1. Removing the sanding plate.(Fig.12)
- hold the sanding plate(4).
- Undo the screw(5) using an Allen wrench and
rotating anti-clockwise.
- Remove the sanding plate(4)
2. mounting the sanding plate (Fig.12)
Warning : when installing , ensure that the
sanding plate(4) sits correctly on the motor shaft.
The rear of the sanding plate(4) has a fitting
groove to accommodate the motor shaft.
- fit the sanding plate.(4)
- hold the sanding plate(4).
- Manually tighten the screw(5) . using an Allen
wrench and rotating clockwise.
Replacing of carbon brushes
The carbon brushes are expendable. It is keeping
abrasion during use.
The carbon brushes should be checked regularly.
In order not to damage the electrical circuit, both
carbon brushes should be changed at the same
time.
