CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

After every use, the stand mixer should be cleaned and dried as follows. Insuf-
ficient or improper care of the device may affect the functionality of the stand
mixer.
1. Always remove the power plug
from the socket before cleaning.
2. Do not use any abrasive deter-
gents since they could damage the
surface.
3. Never dip the engine head into
water or hold it under running
water. Simply clean the engine
head with a soft, dry or damp cloth.
4. For easy cleaning, just clean the
used accessories with water.
Remove the accessories from the
device. Watch out for sharp blades.
