• ASSEMBLY O F A DAPTER
1. Insert c onveyor ( L) i nto h ousing ( C).
2. Put o n k nife ( M) w ith c utting e dges t owards t he o utside.
3. Put s elected p erforated d isk ( N/K/J) o ver t he k nife.
4. Screw o n t he l ocking r ing ( O).
5. Put the now assembled mincer on the motor shaft of the motor unit, diagonally
from the right and turn it to the left until it clicks in (Dismantling: press button (D)
and t urn o ut t he m incer t o t he r ight).
6. Put o n l oading b owl ( B).
7. The m incer i s n ow r eady f or u se: s witch o n t he m otor a nd f ill i n m eat o r v egetables.
Press d own l ightly w ith t he f ood f eeder ( A) w hile p rocessing.
8. Should t he c onveyor ( L) g et b locked d uring u se, p ress t he r eversal b utton ( G).
• SAUSAGE S POUT

1. Insert c onveyor ( L) i nto h ousing ( C)
2. Put s pacer ( P) o n c onveyor ( L).
3. Before fixing the locking ring (O), insert the sausage spout (Q) through the nut
with t he s mall s ide t owards t he o utside.
4. Then screw the locking ring (O) with the spout (Q) into the mincer and fasten
slightly.
5. To f ill a s ausage, t he s kin h as t o b e i mmersed i n w ater f or a bout 1 5 m inutes a nd
then p ut o ver t he s pout.
• CLEANING

All parts may be washed normally. Do not use steel wool pads or other abrasive
