How to operate

ENGLISH
CAUTION
!
The power switch should be OFF before
installing the battery pack. If the DC
cable is plugged into the charge point
on the vacuum, remove the cable from
the charge point before removing the
battery. The battery can be removed
and charged independently from the
vacuum cleaner.
Installing and removing
the battery pack
• To install the battery pack, line up the bottom
of the battery pack with the posts at the base
of the coupling. Push the battery pack in until
it "clicks" (Fig. 1).
• To remove the battery pack, push up on the
release button and lift the battery pack off
(Fig. 2).
• The battery pack can be charged while
installed in the vacuum by plugging the
DC Cable into the Charge Point. Plug the
AC Cable into a wall socket (Fig. 3).
Battery life display
• Press the button on the battery pack to
illuminate the LED lights.
• When the battery pack is fully charged there
will be four (4) green lights and one (1) red
light showing (Fig. 3).
• As the battery pack is discharged, during
use, the number of green lights showing will
reduce from four (4) to none (0).
• When all of the green lights are off and only
the red light is showing, there is a small
amount of time remaining before the battery
pack will be fully discharged and will require
recharging.
ON/OFF power switch
• Turn the Power Switch ON to use the
vacuum. If the vacuum doesn't turn on,
check that the battery is charged (Fig 3).
• Always unplug the DC Cable from the
Charge Point before use.

Handle adjustment

• Press the handle release pedal located
on the back of the vacuum with your foot
to recline the handle (Fig. 5).
