RETURNS
Warranty Returns
During the first 3 years from the date of invoice the lightbox is
covered by our manufacturer's 3 year warranty 1 year for tubes.
This is a return to base warranty and the return is at the expense of
the customer. Full Spectrum Lighting Ltd will then undertake to
repair or replace the lightbox as necessary; this warranty is for
defects of manufacture and does not cover damage caused by
normal wear and tear or misuse of the lightbox. The lightbox will
then be returned to you at our expense.
To comply with the terms of this warranty you must keep the
original carton and packaging for the return of the lightbox.
If you have a problem with your lightbox then phone the helpline
0845 095 6477, as many faults can be diagnosed and a solution
recommended without the lightbox having to be sent back for
repair. If this is not the case we will give you a returns number and
confirm the return address
To return the lightbox place in the original packing and enclose:
1. The returns number.
2. Proof of date of purchase
3. Brief summary of the fault
4. Your return address and telephone number so that we can
advise you when to expect the lightbox back.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
