Three-position selector switch:
- "1" (ON): the device is on.
- "0" (OFF): the device is off (both batteries are not connected to the system).
- "R" (REMOTE SWITCH): the device is controlled by a remote ON-OFF switch (see the connection in "Figure 2").

"RESET" button.
To press the button, insert a sharp object (e.g. a screwdriver) into the hole and press lightly.
- With each short press, the Wi-Fi is switched on/off.
-Press and hold the button for at least 3 seconds to reset the Wi-Fi connection password (to set a new password, go to
the "PASSWORD RESET" menu).

Blue Wi-Fi status LED.
When the Wi-Fi is on, the LED blinks twice every 2 seconds (short blinks).

Yellow service battery "1" operation status LED:
LED ON: battery connected to the system.
LED BLINKING (SHORT BLINKS): "BATTERY
LED BLINKING (LONG BLINKS): faulty battery.

Yellow service battery "2" operation status LED:
LED ON: battery connected to the system.
LED BLINKING (SHORT BLINKS): "BATTERY
LED BLINKING (LONG BLINKS): faulty battery.

CBE BUS system connector (optional).

"MC180" remote panel connector.

REMOTE SWITCH connector; the device can be turned on remotely.
The remote switch connector can be used to connect a switch in order to turn ON or OFF the device from a remote point,
for cases in which BDS180 is installed in a position that is difficult to reach.
ATTENTION:
In the presence of the remote switch, the BDS180 selector must be set on the "R" position.
In the absence of the remote switch, the "R" position of the BDS180 selector must not be used.
