- Depending on the level of soiling, the
pressure can be readjusted using buttons
P2 and P3. If a rougher patch of floor is
encountered in the course of work, the
brush pressure is automatically reduced
(overload protection). If the condition of
the floor allows it, the pressure is
readjusted to its original position.
Power Shot:
Pressing the Power Shot button (P12) sets
water quantity, brush pressure and suction
power to their maximum settings for 10
seconds. Thanks to this function, coarse
soiling can be removed with the press of a
button.
Suction nozzle lowering / Vacuuming
ON-OFF (P10/P11) (this function is started
automatically by means of the GO/STOP
button)
By activating buttons P10 and P11, suction
power can be increased or reduced. The
illuminated LED indicates the suction level.
Repeatedly pressing the active suction
level button turns on the suction delay (the
LED will blink), following which the suction
motor switches off (delay before the suction
nozzle is raised).
Water quantity regulation (P4/P5)
The water feed is turned on together with
the brush motor and, therefore, by
activating the Brushes Down/Up button
(P8) or the Go/Stop button (P9). The
quantity of water can be adjusted to the
level of soiling with the help of the water
dosage function (P4/P5). The water
quantity is indicated on the display (P1)
with five segments (no water = no
segment).
The default values for water quantity are
stored in the Wetrok default settings and
can be changed at any time by means of
the PGM buttons. Water dosage (P4/P5) is
controlled by means of two command
buttons ("Water +", "Water -"). It can be
turned on and off as follows:
- If the brush housing (A2) is lowered from
its parking position, the brush motor
simultaneously goes into operation and
runs for 5 seconds at the maximum level,
then according to the value programmed
with the PGM button.
Exception:
If the target value is on level 0, the water
pump will not go into operation. The pumps
never run while the machine is standing
still.
Operating hours counter (P1)
When the machine starts up, "operation" is
displayed; these are the hours one of the
motors (suction, brush or drive motor) was
active. Operating hour figures for the
traction drive, brushes or suction unit can
be accessed individually through the menu.
Emptying the recovery tank (F2)
33 / 74
To empty the recovery tank (F2), open the
drain cock (D1). Then rinse out the tank
with clean water. The recovery tank (F2)
must be emptied completely every time the
water is changed. And whenever the
recovery tank is emptied, the fresh water
filter must also be taken out and rinsed out
under running water. The filter basket must
be emptied and cleaned as well.
3.6 Transport without electric drive
support
In order to push the machine without the
traction drive, the parking brake must be
disengaged. The brake is disengaged from
the machine by pulling and then
underlaying the release lever (C2). The
machine can then be pushed. Towing the
machine is allowed only at a maximum
speed of 8 km/h. Once the machine has
been parked, the brake must be re-
released (by removing the release lever
underlay).
