3. OPERATION
3.1 INFRARED REMOTE CONTROL
IMPORTANT: Before fixing the remote control to the wall, perform an operational test between the
remote control and the towel rail in order to verify that there is communication between both units.
1. Press the tab located on the left side of the device and pull on the front cover in order to release
it. When the two parts are separated, place the three AA LR6 1.5 V batteries. Press the side tab so
that the two parts correctly fit.
2. When the towel rail is switched on for the first time, whether the infrared remote control is
switched on or off, THE PILOT LAMP WILL BE ON IN GREEN, indicating that it is Standby.
3. Pressing button on the towel drier control panel will switch the unit on. THE PILOT LAMP WILL
BE ON IN RED, awaiting commands from the remote control.
4. Place the remote control on the spot you would like to install it. Make sure there are no obstacles
between both devices that can block the Infra Red signal and please make sure not to cover the two
sensors (black triangle on the remote and black circle on the towel rail theremostat).

devices are successfully connected. Please adjust the Comfort temperature with the

8. Bear in mind that the remote control should not be placed next to doors or windows and should
be installed as far away as possible from the towel rail or any other heat source.
9. You can install the remote control to the wall with screws or adhesive tape. If you want to install
it with screws, please remove the front cover from the remote. Using screws (A) fix the back of the
device to the wall, then replace the front cover. If you want to use the adhesive tape, please make
sure to clean the surface where it's going to be pasted before installing it.
10. Adjust the time following the instructions given in the "SETTINGS" section.
