EYENIMAL guarantees the products against all manufacturing defects for two years after purchase.
All postage and packing charges will be the purchaser's sole responsibility. After the guarantee period a service or upgrade charge will apply
relative to replacement of the product, with new or refurbished items EYENIMAL's sole discretion.
● Guarantee conditions

The guarantee will be valid only if the proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt), without cancellation, is submitted to the distributor or to
EYENIMAL. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser.

This guarantee does not cover the following:

Changing the batteries (collar and remote control),
▪
Changing the strap,
▪
Direct or indirect risks incurred when sending the article back to the distributor or to EYENIMAL,
▪
Damage to the product caused by:
▪
negligence or incorrect use (ex: bites, breakage, cracking),
▪
use contrary to the instructions or not envisioned therein,
▪
repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
▪
Loss or theft.

If the product is found to be defective, EYENIMAL will either decide to repair or to replace it.

No claim may be advanced against EYENIMAL, particularly in relation to incorrect use or breakdown.
