(2) Clean away the iron fi lings attached around the cutter
installation area (Fig. 38)
Wear protective
goggles
Clean away iron fi lings with
an air gun or other tool
(3) Align the hole of the cutter with the position of the pin
and attach the cutter. (Fig. 39)
Using the included hexagonal bar wrench, fi rmly
tighten the hexagon socket bolt to secure the cutter.
Exchange the hexagon socket bolt with the new one
included with the cutter.

(4) Attach the battery and battery cover (Fig. 24)
Conduct a quick dry run to make sure there are no
abnormalities when operating the tool.

HOW TO USE (BENDING)

1. Normal bending procedure
WARNING
○ Do not bend materials other than rebar.
Other materials may break and scatter, resulting
in damage to the tool.
○ For D10 mm rebars, bend 3 rods or less. D13 mm
rebars, bend 2 rods or less. D16 mm rebars
should be bent 1 rod at a time.
(1) Remove battery cover and battery (Fig. 8)
(2) Make sure the switch lock is in the lock position.
(Fig. 31)
(3) Position the tool so that the turn table is facing
upwards (Fig. 40)
WARNING
The cutter is moving even during bending work.
To prevent any accident from occurring, close
the cutter's cover.
(4) Make sure the cutter's cover is closed (Fig. 41)

(5) Attach the battery and battery cover (Fig. 9)
