Spiral mixer with fixed bowl
BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT IN MODELS:
NSE 60-NSE 80—NSE 100
SPIRAL 80-SPIRAL 110—SPIRAL 150
Bowl drive belt tensioning:
For this operation adjust the handwheel at the bottom right of
the machine (figure n°39).
Spiral drive belt tensioning:

--unscrew the screws securing the motor plate (figure n° 42)

For this operation, follow the sequence below:
-open the head cover via the respective screws (figure n° 40)
-slide the cable connecting the control panel to the power panel
out of the brackets inside the head cover (figure n° 41)
-rest the cover on the ground
-unscrew the nut (figure n° 43) and adjust the screw connecting
the motor plate to the structure, thus tensioning the belts (figure
n° 44).
Re-tighten the nut.
-Re-tighten the motor plate screws, re-insert the cable in the
brackets and re-fit the cover.
