Spiral mixer with fixed bowl
ADJUSTING THE BOWL GUIDE ROLLERS/SLIDING BLOCKS
The bowl wobbles badly: to solve this problem, the distance between the bowl drive rollers or
sliding blocks must be adjusted.
Follow the sequence below:
-loosen the screws fastening the roller or sliding block supports to the bowl (figure n° 30)
-adjust the distance so that there is a 2-3 mm gap between the sliding block or roller and the
bowl (figure n° 31)
-tighten the screws
BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT IN MODELS NSE 30 – NSE 45 – SPIRAL 50 – SPIRAL 70
This operation can be performed whenever the bowl and spiral arm slow down during mixing.
To adjust the tension, follow the instructions below:
