layer.

critical area.
The emergency buffer is then free of
paint-wetting substances.

Fasten the emergency buffer to the sup-
port with the adhesive foil.
In the case of variants with extended or additional slide

Make sure that cushioning elements have been fitted in both end positions.
With shock absorbers or emergency buffers, make sure that projecting con-
tours of the slide do not strike hard against the mechanical end positions.
Operation with two coupled linear axes

Make sure that cushioning elements
of the same type are fitted into the same
positions on the guide and drive axes.
Only equal impact on both sides will
effect loading without distortion.
(Example: emergency buffers on both
sides or shock absorbers on both sides.)
Fitting at the same position means that
the locking sleeves can usually only be
fitted to one of the axes.
If set up correctly, the centre of gravity of the moveable mass should lie nearer
to the axis with the non-slip connection.
