Solution
Check power supply
Have the switch assembly replaced at an authorised
Triton service centre
Tighten Spindle Lock Nut in small increments until the
drum secures the Sanding Sleeve
Turn OFF the machine at the mains. Remove the Sanding
Drum (25), Table Insert (26) and the Spindle Washer.
Remove the blockage from the dust extractor passage
Change to the correct-sized Table Insert
Switch OFF and allow to cool for a 1/2hr and check the
Motor Vents (17 & 22) are not blocked
