10 Faults, causes and remedies
Only have faults rectified by qualified personnel! Observe the safety instruc-
tions in Chapter 9 – Maintenance.
DANGER! Risk of fatal injury!
There is risk of fatal injury due to electric shocks when working on electrical
equipment.
Before all work to remedy faults, disconnect the unit from the power supply,
and make sure it cannot be switched back on by unauthorised persons.

11 Spare parts
Spare parts may be ordered via a local specialist and/or Wilo after-sales service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, all data on the name plate should be sub-
mitted with each order.

Interruption to current supply. Check that the mains plug is

Floaters not moving / level

Condensate inlet pipe

Remedies
connected to the correct

Check mains voltage.
Have the fuse replaced.
Check the resistance of the
cable, have cable replaced if
defective or damaged.
Clean the condensate collec-
tion reservoir.
Clean the floaters.
Clean the inlet pipe.
Clean the discharge pipe.
