IN CASE OF A NEAR MISS INCIDENT
Less urgent intervention; does not require an immediate evacuation. However, you need
assistance and should communicate with the CEN's management team. The incident can
ultimately lead to an emergency.

Select Message > New message

Send your message and include the following information :

Do not turn off the device. Verify at regular interval your message by selecting
Check > Check now. The status DEL will flash green when you have an unread
message.

Follow the instructions provided by the person of authority.
6.
Notify all recipients when situation is resolved by sending a new message.
The recipients from the contact list where your activity is taking place.
Your name;
Activity location (research station, study site, etc.);
The context and nature of the incident (e.g. mechanical problem, minor
injury, inability to return to at the research station, etc.);
Number of people implicated.
