1 cup chocolate chips
Cream the brown sugar, shortening,
eggs and vanilla in the mixing bowl, on
speed 2 or 3. Add flour, baking soda
and salt. Blend well, add in rolled oats
and chocolate chips on speed 1.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased
baking sheets. Bake in 350 °F oven for
8–10 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
