CONE WAKE-UP LIGHT
• The alarm symbol flashes on the display.
• Press +/NEXT or -/PREV button to select between three different
alarm types:
• "
" Ringtone
• "
" Wake up with radio
• "
"Nature sounds or melody*
• Press MODE/ENTER button to confirm it.
• 1 flashes on the display. To activate or deactivate the alarm function
press PRESET/ALARM ON/OFF button. The alarm symbol appears or
disappears on the display.
• 30 minutes before the alarm starts to ring, the light cone lights up.
• The light will increase its brightness in 5 minutes intervals.
• Once the alarm starts to ring, the alarm symbol 1 or 2 flashes.
• The alarm sound (ringtone or radio) will turn off automatically after
5 minutes, if no other button is pressed.
• Press any button to stop the alarm or press the light cone to activate
the SNOOZE function.
• Once the Snooze-function is activated, the alarm symbol 1 or 2 flash-
es and the alarm sound will be interrupted for 5 minutes.
• *Press SOUNDS button in normal mode to select between different
nature sounds or a melody. Press and hold SOUNDS button for 2 sec-
onds to confirm the selection.
2. Alarm time
• Press MODE/ENTER button in normal mode twice to enter the setting
mode for the second alarm time. 2 appears on the display.
• If necessary adjust the second alarm time in the same way.
7.5 Radio-sleep-function
• Press and hold the light cone for 3 seconds.
• The radio turns on. SLEEP appears on the display and the radio oper-
ation time (default setting 60 minutes) flashes.
• Press +/NEXT or -/PREV Taste to adjust the radio operation time (from
1 to 120 minutes).
• Press the light cone once more to confirm it.
• SLEEP is flashing and a station appears on the display.
• Set the desired radio station (see: Radio operation).
• After time has expired, the radio will switch off automatically.

7.6 Display functions

• By pressing the MODE/ENTER button in normal mode you can show
the alarm time display 1 and 2 and the date.
• Press MODE/ENTER button in radio mode to show the time, the
alarm times 1 and 2 and the date.
7.7 Maximum and minimum temperature
• Press once MAX/MIN button.
• The display shows the highest temperature
• Press MAX/MIN button again.
• The display shows the lowest temperature
• Hold MAX/MIN button in the desired mode to clear the recorded
MAX/MIN reading.
• The display shows the current temperature.
7.8 Illumination
Lamp
• To activate/turn off the lamp, press LIGHT button.
• Is the lamp in use, press +/NEXT and LIGHT button together or -/PREV
and LIGHT button together to change the brightness.

utes.
Backlight
• Press +/NEXT button in normal mode to activate or deactivated the
backlight.
• Press the cone briefly the backlight turns on for 5 seconds.
7.9 Volume
• Press VOL switch to regulate the sound.
8. Care and maintenance
• Clean it with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring
agents. Protect from moisture.
• Remove the batteries and pull out the plug of the socket, if you do
not use the product for a lengthy period.
• Keep the instrument in a dry place.

8.1 Battery replacement

• Change the batteries when the battery symbol appears on the dis-
play.
• Observe correct polarity.
9. Troubleshooting
Problems
No display
Incorrect display
If your device fails to work despite these measures contact the supplier
from whom you purchased it.
10. Waste disposal
This product has been manufactured using high-grade materials and
components which can be recycled and reused.
Never dispose empty batteries and rechargeable batteries in
household waste.
As a consumer, you are legally required to take them to
your retail store or to appropriate collection sites depend-
ing to national or local regulations in order to protect the
environment.
The symbols for the heavy metals contained are:
Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead
This instrument is labelled in accordance with the EU Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE).
Please do not dispose of this instrument in household
waste. The user is obligated to take end-of-life devices to a
designated collection point for the disposal of electrical and
electronic equipment, in order to ensure environmentally-
compatible disposal.
