Reference range - Inverting the output
The reference range detects the material and the probe makes the adjustment automatically. The refer-
ence range has an additional binary output. In the factory setting the output is normally open. To change
it to normally closed, please proceed to the following steps.
The changes were successful, when the Ref. LED is off and the blue ring LED is permanently on.
Inversion of the analogue output
The analogue output is programmed 4...20 mA or 0...10 V (model dependent) by default. To change it to
20...4 mA or 10...0 V, please do the following steps:

Adjustment with EasyTeach-Button (ETF):
By releasing the EasyTeach-Button after approx.
10 seconds, the menu item adjustment „empty"
is activated
Adjustment with EasyTeach by Wire (ETW):
By breaking the EasyTeach connection after approx.
10 seconds, the menu item adjustment „empty" is
activated
The blue ring flashes with a frequency of 4 Hz and
the Ref. LED is on
In the same way the output function can be set to
normally open again.
Adjustment with EasyTeach-Button (ETF):
By releasing the EasyTeach-Button after approx.
15 seconds, the menu item adjustment „empty"
is activated
Adjustment with EasyTeach by Wire (ETW):
By breaking the EasyTeach connection after approx.
15 seconds, the menu item adjustment „empty" is
activated
The blue ring flashes with a frequency of 4 Hz and
the LED 25% is on
In the same way the analogue output can be set to
4...20 mA or 0...10 V again.
