Maintenance and Care
To ensure long-term enjoyment from your
addiQuick Hobby felting machine, you
should
regularly remove any wool fibres caught in
Troubleshooting
The addiQuick Hobby isn't working:
• Check to see if the power cord is firmly
attached to the machine.
• The safety contact in the tip is not
connected. Unscrew the black tip and
then screw on again firmly to the base.
• The needle is not inserted properly in the
quick release connector. First unscrew the
black tip, loosen the screw at the connector
and push the needle into the holder until it
hits the base. Then tighten the screw again
and replace the cap.
The addiQuick Hobby stops working
after a break:
• The black tip may have loosened when
the machine was set down. Unscrew the
black tip and then screw on again firmly
to the base.
• The power cord may have loosened when
the machine was set down. Make sure it
is inserted completely.

the machine. Further, apply a drop of
typical machine oil on the needle holder
every now and again.
The addiQuick Hobby is running, but the
wool isn't felting:
• It is important to roll the wool into a tight
ball. Then the fibres are fused together
coarsely with up and down movements
when the addiQuick Hobby is switched
on. The needle must be inserted deeply
into the loose wool so that the individual fi-
bres can be fused together. Many first-
time felters often do not insert deeply
enough.
If these tips don't work, then you can
naturally exchange your addiQuick
Hobby at the point of sale within the
warranty time.
