8) After operation, set the POWER switch to "OFF"
(switch no longer illuminated).
7.1 IR transmission
The IR transmitter microphone IRS-200HT is fac-
tory-set to channel A; the IR transmitter micro-
phone IRS-202HT to channel B (change of factory
settings
chapter 6.1). On the receiver unit of the
speaker system, an individual on / off switch and
volume control for each channel is provided: They
are colour-coordinated with the corresponding
microphone head: black (15) for channel A, grey
(19) for channel B:
1) To switch on the IR transmitter microphone,
keep the button
The lighting colour of the button will indicate the
battery status: green = sufficient, red = low.
2) On the receiver unit, turn up the corresponding
control from the position "OFF" to activate the
channel. The LED next to the control [CH.A (16)
for channel A, CH.B (18) for channel B] shows
red when the channel has been activated but
does not receive an IR signal on its frequency
and shows green when an IR signal is received.
When a channel has been activated, the
power LED (14) of the IR sensor and the power
LED (12) of each IR sensor IRS-200IR con-
nected will light up.
3) Speak into the microphone or reproduce the
sound of a unit connected to the input (3). When
holding the IRS-2..HT in your hand, always
make sure that the IR transmitters (1) are not
covered.
4) Adjust the volume with the corresponding con-
trol on the receiver unit. When the audio output
signal of the receiver unit has reached a specific
level, the LED AF (17) starts to light up.
5) To mute the sound, slide the switch (4) on the
microphone downwards (position "MUTE"). To
deactivate the muting, slide the switch upwards
again (position "TALK").
6) To deactivate the reception channel, turn back
its volume control to "OFF"; the corresponding
status LED next to the control goes out.
To switch off the microphone, keep the but-
ton
pressed until it is no longer illuminated.
