Connecting multiple monitors
You can connect up to 4 monitors (available separately, art. no: 09692 (E version) 09693
(UK version) The monitors can also be used together as intercom.
Attention: the last monitor that you connect, needs to be set to 75 Ohm.
Connect the following monitors to the wall plate in parallel.
Connect the R1, R2, R3 and R4 to the R1, R2, R3 and R4 of the second monitors
(see figure on page 4).
With cables up to 25 m long, you can use 4-wire 0.55 mm
With cables between 25~50 m, you can use a 75 Ohm 0.5 mm
nal (R1 and R2).
With cables 50 to 100 m, use 75 Ohm 1.0 mm
With cables 100 to 300 m, use 75 Ohm 1.5 mm
For the audio signal, you do not need to use a Coax cable; a 2-conductor cable is sufficient
(R3 and R4).

8. FAQ
Q: I don't get a picture.
A: Check whether the power cable has been plugged into the wall socket properly.
A: Check whether the contrast is set to max or min and then turn the wheel on the side of
the monitor for a better picture.
A: Check whether the receiver is placed on the monitor correctly.
A: Check whether all cables are connected properly (see the connection diagram for step 2).
Q: I don't get any sound.
A: Check whether the wire of the receiver is clicked into the monitor correctly. Remove the
wire and click it in again to make sure.
A: Check whether all cables are connected properly (see the connection diagram for step 2).
Q: The picture is very fuzzy (white noise).
A: Check whether the system is suffering from interference, e.g. from power lines,
electrical equipment).
