1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – low fat okay
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese – low fat okay
- Preheat the appliance for 5 minutes.
- Spread pizza dough on to pizza plate.
- Brush dough with oil.
- Top with crab, shrimp, pineapple, mushrooms, olives, green pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes or till crust golden and cheese bubbling.
Supreme pizza
This is the pizza with lot so ingredients such as the following can be added according to personal taste:
100g grated cheese
1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
3 tbsp. tomato paste
Pinch ground chilies
45g can anchovy fillets, drained
4 slices cooked ham, finely chopped
2 large mushrooms, sliced
6 stuffed olives, halved
1/2 capsicum, slice thinly
1 small fresh chili, sliced thinly
Extra meats such as;
Salami, prosciutto, bacon, chicken or prawns
Preheat the appliance for 5 minutes. Top dough crust with sauce and cheese. Drizzle with oil and then add
toppings. Top off with more cheese and bake for 5 min or till crust golden and cheese bubbling.
