BEFORE INTITIAL USE
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Clean the baking plates with a soft damp
cloth and then dry them.
3. Unwind the mains cable completely.
4. Do not bake pizzas that are bigger than 30cm in diameter.
NOTE: The appliance may emit some smoke and a characteristic smell when you switch it on for the first time.
This is normal and will stop soon.
USE
1. Connect the appliance to an appropriate socket. Red power light will illuminate and the appliance begins to
heat.
2. As soon as the appliance has heated up, the green control light will go on.
Note: always allow the appliance to pre-heat for approximately 5 minutes before baking, this ensures the
best result.
3. Prepare the pizza dough with a diameter of max 30cm first, add your favorite toppings and then put it on
the baking plate using a plastic or wooden spatula.
Caution: the appliance will become extremely hot during operation, take care to prevent injuries.
4. Close the appliance and it starts to bake.
5. Bake the pizza for approx. 5-8 minutes depending upon the thickness of the dough and toppings. During
this period, the green control light will turn on and off from time to time.
6. Open the appliance and remove the pizza with a plastic or wooden spatula. Do not use any metal objects
(e.g. knife, fork etc.) as they will scratch the coating of the heating surface.
7. If you wish to bake more pizzas, close the appliance again and wait until the baking plates have reheated
sufficiently, repeat the baking process as described above.
8. After use, disconnect the mains plug immediately. With the appliance open, allow it to cool down.
Note:
1) Open the appliance carefully with oven mitt due to steam release.
2) Do not cut pizza directly on baking plate as scratching may occur. Always remove pizza with a plastic or
wooden spatula and transfer to a heat resistant surface.
3) The appliance can also be used to prepare frozen pizzas.
WARNING! The housing of the appliance will be extremely hot during use. Only touch the handle when
opening and closing it. Be sure to use oven gloves when handling the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. First, disconnect the mains plug!
2. Only clean when the appliance has completely cooled down.
3. Clean the housing surface and the baking plates of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth.
