Settings

When filling the machine with hydraulic oil, make
sure that sufficient hydraulic oil is available (approx.
2 liter). In order to bleed the hydraulic system, set all
hydraulically-operated elements to end position,
repeating the process 10 times. Check all screwed
connections and, if necessary, retighten screws.
Before using the Helipede Rotary Windrower for
the first time, lubricate all lubrication points according
to the lubrication diagram.
Danger!
All adjustment, repair and mainte-
nance work may only be carried out
with the machine at a standstill! Shut
down the engine and remove the
ignition key!

Control bar "1": middle clearance between
the two articulated heads = 2612 mm + 1 mm
Control bars "2": middle clearance between
the two articulated heads = 1015 mm + 1
mm
Check that it does not swerve when using
roads.
For smoother run, set the toe-in to approx. 3 mm.
