Option 3: After pushing the buttons the motor emits a sound but the blind does not move / the winch
is not engaged or it is excessively braked
Possible cause
Unhooked or broken fabric
If there is strong wind
Dirty inner side guides and/or zip
An obstacle blocks the run
The terminal cannot perform the proper unhooking procedure
from the Quick Lock (for Quick Lock version only)
The blind has not been unlocked (for version with lock system
through latches only)
Option 4:the fabric goes up and down irregularly or the winch is excessively braked
Possible cause
Dirty inner side guides and/or zip
Zip exit from the inner guides
If there is strong wind
An obstacle blocks the run
Option 5:the terminal does not reach the correct position on the lower / upper position
Possible cause
Adjustment loss of limit switches
Remote control memorisation loss (version with remote control
only)

Contact the technician responsible for the installation
Wait until the wind diminishes
Contact the technician responsible for the installation
Remove the obstacle
Press hard on the terminal downwards (eventually using your
own body weight) and try to wind up the blind.
Contact the technician if the problem persists.
Push the two latches inwards
