1. Introduction

PALAGINA welcomes you in our customers and wishes you to
obtain maximum satisfaction from the use of our product.
"K.Zip"outdoor blinds are made with tested technologies and high
quality materials in order to guarantee:
- efficient protection from insects (in case of nets) or from sun (in
case of fabrics);
- weatherproof;
- pleasant to see;
- easy use and maintenance.

ding to the agreement 2006/42/CE and to the standard UNI EN
13561:2015, with the aim to inform technicians, users and servi-

These instructions describe "K.Zip" use and ordinary maintenance
proper operations.
"K.Zip" blind performs the following functions:
- protective system against mosquitoes, insects in general and
other small animals (mosquito net is installed);
- transparent closure system (Cristal fabric is installed);
- sun light screening/black out system (screen or black out fabrics
are installed).
"K.Zip" blind is made up of an aluminium container installed
on the upper side, an aluminium profile (called "terminal" or
"bottom") on the lower side and two aluminium profiles (called
"guides") installed at the side and along which the terminal is

be considered integral part of "K.Zip" blinds and it is addressed
to the product user.
It must be conserved intact and in a readily accessible place up
to the product disposal. The manufacturer reserves all rights to
this manual: reproduction of all or part of it is prohibited without

technical file are available at the company.

connected to the terminal, in order to unroll the fabric during its
running downwards.
"K.Zip" system is provided with a fabric tensioning system that
allows to reach the surface maximum flatness when the net or
fabric are fully spread.
"K.Zip" system is designed to resist to significant atmospheric
stress; wind load resistance performances of this product are cer-
tified by an accredited third party certification body. For further
