Don't use any abrasive cleaners.
The hot plate needs to be cold before cleaning.
Never immerse the appliance in water.
Never use a cloth for cleaning the water tank. Little pieces of fabric could be left in the
water tank. Rinse the water reservoir regularly with cold water.
DESCALING
Descale your coffee maker regularly. At normal use ( 2 full jug a day) we recommend
the following rules :
Water hardness upto 18°dh : 2 to 3 times a year.
Water hardness above 18°dh : 4 to 5 times a year.
The water distribution in your area, can provide you the necessary info concerning
your water hardness.
For descaling the appliance you should fill the coffee maker with vinegar and let it run
through twice. Afterwards, let the coffee maker work twice with clean water, to
