3.5.1 Connecting terminals for PG screw connectors

→ → → → → Apply the supply pressure to pressure connection 1 (see fig. 1)
(3.7 bar, instrument air free from oil, water and dust).
→ → → → → Fit the exhaust air pipe or silencer to the exhaust air connection 3 (fig. 1).

Opening the case

→ → → → → First remove any lead seals or screw connectors between cover and case.
→ → → → → Remove the transparent cover of the Top Control ON/OFF after turning left
briefly.
3.5

Electrical connection

Various methods of connection can be selected for electrical contact with the
Top Control ON/OFF. The assignment of the terminals for PG screw connectors,
the QUICKON connections and plug connectors for bus drive is described
below.

→ → → → → Attach the cores (see connection assignment p. 23);
The circuit board with designation of the screw terminals and LEDs is shown
in fig. 2.
