Cleaning programmes and operating modes
Minimum cleaning time
If the robot finishes cleaning in less than 6 minutes, a
new cleaning cycle is started.
This ensures better cleaning results in areas where the
cleaning process only requires a short time for one cyc-
le. In this process, only a small amount of battery ca-
pacity is used, meaning that further cleaning cycles are
possible. If the entire cleaning time exceeds 6 minutes,
the cleaning cycle that was started is completed and no
new cycle is started.

With the MAP cleaning programme, the robot vacuum
moves over and cleans the map of your house in a fixed
cleaning pattern. You will need to create and confirm
this map using the Home Connect app via the robot va-
cuum first.
We recommend that you leave all doors open when
creating a new map. We also recommend having the
robot survey a new map starting from the charging sta-
tion. To be able to create a new map, lift up the robot
vacuum briefly and put it back down. In the app, you are
then prompted to survey a new map.
The robot vacuum will return to its original position af-
ter surveying a map in the MAP cleaning programme.
Once the map has been created, please do not change
the position of the charging station.
When you place the robot vacuum in a room and then
start the MAP cleaning programme, the robot vacuum
will orientate itself before starting cleaning. The same
thing will happen if you lift up the robot vacuum while
it is cleaning and then resume the paused MAP cleaning
programme.
