Veuillez vérifier et vous assurer des points suivants avant d'appeler le
service clientèle.
1. Le gril est-il alimenté en combustible?
2. La vanne de sectionnement principale est-elle ouverte?
3. Utilisez-vous le bon type de combustible pour le gril? (Grill au gaz propane ou grill au gaz
naturel)
4. Votre bouteille de propane est-elle vide? Avez-vous récemment rempli la bouteille de propane?
Si oui, la connexion est-elle bien serrée?
5. Tentez d'allumer le brûleur (consultez la page 39). Vérifiez que les autres brûleurs de l'unité
fonctionnent. Nettoyez la pointe de l'électrode de tout débris.
PROBLÈME
1. Low heat/ Low flame when
control knob turned to "High"
2. Uneven heat
3. Burners burn with yellow
flame, accompanied by the smell
of gas.

LES CAUSES POSSIBLES
For propane - improper lighting procedure.
Ensure lighting procedure is followed carefully. All gas grill valves
must be in the off position when the tank valve is turned on. Turn
tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize. See lighting instructions.
Flame Tamer Panels installed incorrectly.
Ensure Flame Tamer Panels are installed on the pins provided on the
firebox. See assembly instructions.
Pre-heat grill with main burners on high for 10 minutes.
Excessive grease and ash build on Flame Tamer Panels and in
pan.
Clean Flame Tamer Panels and drip pan regularly. Do not line drip pan
with aluminum foil. Refer to cleaning instructions.
Possible spider web or other debris, or improper air shutter
adjustment.
Thoroughly clean burner by removing. See general maintenance
instructions.
Open air shutter slightly according to combustion air adjustment
instructions. (This must be done by a licensed gas fitter.)
