Durante l’esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi i preposti sono tenuti ad operare nel rispetto delle indicazioni riportate sul manuale di istruzioni per l’uso. During the execution of the maintenance officers are required to operate in accordance with the instructions contained in the instruction manual. Before performing any ELECTRICAL or MECHANICAL maintenance on the refrigerator, the technician in charge must be sure that there is no power supply.

  • Page 49 Installation, Wartung Die Installation der Kühlmöbel sowie Wartungsarbeiten müssen durch qualifizierte Techniker durchgeführt werden. Während der Wartung sollen die Techniker die Anweisungen der Bedienungsanleitung beachten. Bevor evtl. mechanische oder elektrische Wartung auf dem Kühlschrank, der zuständige Techniker müssen sicherstellen, dass kein Strom gibt. Die Techniker verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, die auf die Komponenten oder innere Bestandteile arbeiten sollen, sind der mechanischen Gefährdungen ausgesetzt.

  • Page 52 Completar el montaje del mostrador aplicando el zocalo frontal (no es necesario si la vitrina tiene piernas), el estante superior en cristal y la lámina de vidrio anti-empañado por la version ventilada. Las superficies internas (repisas de fondo, faja de impulsión y aspiración aire, etc.) y externas (zocalo frontal, estante de trabajo inox, etc.) del mueble están revestidas por una película protectora que se tiene que extraer antes de la puesta en funcionamiento.

Si el pescado se presenta sin vísceras y con la cabeza, colocarlo con la cola más alta que la cabeza para facilitar el goteo de la zona de la cavidad. La humedad residual en el interior de la cavidad favorece una rápida proliferación bactérica y acelera el proceso de deterioramiento del producto.

Cuando en el termómetro no se visualiza la temperatura porque se ha terminado la pila, hay que cambiarla por otra del mismo voltaje, eliminando la vieja en centros de recogida autorizados (la pila no se puede eliminar en el ambiente).
