USE PROCEDURE
Controller Startup
To startup the controller plug the power cable into a
suitable power source and set the line main switch to
the position I.
Starting the pump
To start the pump press the START push-button on the
controller front panel.
Pump Shutdown
To shutdown the pump press the STOP push-button on
the controller front panel.
MAINTENANCE
The Turbo-V 2000HT series controller does not require
any maintenance. Any work performed on the controller
must be carried out
Controller 969-9462 and 969-9562 rear panel
by authorized personnel.
1. Logic input signals connectors

3. RS 232, RS 422 and RS 485 (provided as option) serial
communication port connector slot.

7. Power output connector (120 Vac, 1A) to power the pump
fan and the optional devices (vent device, primary pump
activation relay, etc.).
When a fault has occurred it is possible to use the
Varian repair service. Replacement controllers are
available on an advance exchange basis through
Varian.

Before carrying out any work on the controller,
disconnect it from the supply.
If a pump is to be scrapped, it must be disposed off in
accordance with the specific national standards.
ERROR MESSAGES
For a certain type of failure, the controller will self-
diagnose the error and the messages described in the
following table are displayed.
