NOTE INFORMATIVE - | sistemi anticaduta mod. PRB 30 sono classificati come paracadute riutilizzabili.
NOTE DI MONTAGGIO
1-Il sistema anticaduta deve essere montato sull'albero della serranda sempre in posizione orizzontale, facendo attenzione che,
quando la serranda sta effettuando la manovra di chiusura, l'albero ruoti nella direzione indicata dalla freccia gialla.
2-Tutti i modelli di sistemi anticaduta vengono forniti di un microswitch di sicurezza dal contatto normalmente chiuso (NC); se
collegato al nostro METEOR AB, il micro va collegato in serie al contatto di termica (morsetti n. 16 e 17 - Fig. 6), se collegato al nostro
ACRUX AB, il micro va collegato in serie al contatto di termica (morsetti n. 10 e 10 - Fig.7).
3-Quando si verifica che la velocità in discesa della serranda supera la soglia di sicurezza stabilita, il sistema anticaduta interviene
arrestando la corsa incontrollata della porta.
4-|| contatto del micro di emergenza si apre e, se collegato, fa arrestare la rotazione dell'elettroriduttore.
5-In questa situazione l'albero della serranda resta stabilmente bloccato in discesa. Per liberarlo, farlo ruotare verso la salita per circa Y
di giro, poi riportare la serranda in posizione tutta chiusa. La manovra va effettuata molto lentamente per evitare ulteriori interventi
indesiderati del sistema anticaduta e termina quando l'albero è scarico da ogni sollecitazione.
A questo punto bisogna eliminare la causa che ha determinato la caduta della porta, quindi ripristinare il suo corretto funzionamento e
riportare il sistema anticaduta nelle condizioni iniziali tramite una procedura di riarmo (vedi istruzioni allegate ai sistemi anticaduta).

NOTES DE MONTAGE
1-Le systéme antichute doit étre monté sur l'arbre toujours en position horizontale, et il faut faire attention que , pendant le
mouvement de fermeture, le ridueau tourney dans le sense indiqué par la fléche jaune.
2- Tous les systémes antichute sont fournis avec un microswitch de sécurité avec le contact N.F. (Normally Closed); si le micro est branché à notre
platine METEOR AB, le méme doit être branché en sérieau contact de protection thermique (bornes n. 16 et 17 - Fig. 6), si le micro est branché
à notre platine ACRUX AB, le méme doit être branché en sérieau contact de protection thermique (bornes n. 10 et 11 - Fig. 7).
3- Si la vitesse de déscente dépasse le seuil d'intervention pré-établi, le systéme antichüte intervient et arrét la chüte du tablier.
4- Le contact du microswitch s'ouvre et, s'il est branché, arrét la rotation du moteur.
5- Dans cette situation, l'arbre du rideau reste fermement bloqué en déscente. Pour débloquer, tourner dans le sens de la montée pour
environ % de tour, et enfin reporter le rideau complétement en bas. La manoeuvre doit étre effectuée trés lentement pour éviter une
ultérieure intervention du parachute, et elle termine quand l'arbre est libre de toute solicitations.
A ce point, il faut éliminer la cuase de la chüte, et ensuite re-établir le fonctionnement correct du rideau, et de suite reporter le systéme
antichüte aux conditions originaux à travers une procedure de rearmament (suivre la notice donnée avec les systémes antichüte).
mma INFORMATIONS - The antichute systems series PRB 30 are classified as reusable parachutes.
INSTALLATION NOTES
1- The safety brake must be installed on the shaft of the rolling shutter always in a horizontal position. Please note that, when the rolling
shutter is performing the closing operation, the shaft should rotate in the direction indicated by the yellow arrow.
2- All the models of the safety break systems are supplied with the security microswitch contact Normally Closed (NC); if connected to our
command board METEOR AB, the microswitch must be connected to the overheat protection contact (N°16 and 17 - fig.6); if connected
to our command board ACRUX AB, the microswitch must be connected to the overheat protection contact (N°10 and 11 - fig.7)
3- When the descent speed ofthe rolling shutter exceeds the preset safety threshold, the safety break system engages and stops the fall of the shutter.
4- The contact of the microswitch opens and, if connected, stops the rotation of the gear motor.
5- |n this situation, the shaft of the rolling shutter remains blocked downwards. In order to free the shaft, rotate it upwards for about Y
of a turn , then make the shutter go into the position of total closure. The maneuver must be done very slowly to avoid further
damages, and it ends when the shaft is free from any stress.
At this point, remove the cause that led to the fall of the shutter, restore its proper functioning and return the safety break system to
the initial conditions through a process of resetting (please refer to instructions enclosed with the saferty brake).
ESP | NOTA INFORMATIVA - Los sistemas paracaídas mod. PRB 30 son paracaídas de clase reutilizable.
INDICACIONES DE INSTALACION
1- El sistema paracaídas se ha de montar sobre el eje de la enrollable, siempre en posición horizontal, asegurándose de que, cuando
la enrollable efectua la maniobra de cierre, el eje gira en la dirección indicada por la flecha amarilla.
2- Todos los modelos de sistema disponen de un microinterruptor de seguridad en contacto normalmente cerrado NC, cuando se
conecta a nuestra METEOR AB el micro está conectado en serie con el térmico (regletas 16 -17 — Fig.6); cuando se conecta a nuestra
ACRUX AB el micro está conectado en serie con el térmico (regletas 10 -11 - Fig.7).
3- Cuando se comprueba que la velocidad de descenso de la enrollable supera el punto de seguridad
establecido , el sistema paracaídas interviene y detiene la carrera sin control de la puerta.
4- El contacto del micro de emergencia , se abre y si está conectado impide la rotación del motor.
5- En esta situación el eje de la enrollable queda bloqueado de forma estable durante el descenso. Para liberarlo, hacerlo girar 1⁄4 de
vuelta hacia la subida. A continuación cerrar la puerta totalmente, esta maniobra debe hacerse muy lentamente, para evitar
intervenciones del sistema paracaídas durante la maniobra y termina cuando el eje está libre de cualquier tensión.
En este punto, debemos eliminar la causa que provocó la caída de la puerta, restaurar su funcionamiento correcto , y retornar el
sistema a sus condiciones iniciales procediendo al rearme (ver instrucciones adjuntas sistemas paracaídas).
